Iodine 10% is a high quality iodine in a spirituous base for use as a navel disinfectant in calves and lambs. For best results use as soon as the animal is born and repeat 4-6 hours later.  Iodine 10% comes with a trigger nozzle applicator for ease of application and accuracy of administration. The nozzle has a secure locking device which should be locked when not in use. The iodine comes in a spirituous base which enhances drying of navel. Iodine 10% can be used around other external wounds in animals to reduce the bacterial load. There is no meat withdrawal period when using this product.
